The site was originally purchased from Peel Holdings with outline planning permission, but the consent came with title and boundary issues that would have made the homes unsellable. At the time, Cube also lacked a development team capable of delivering the scheme within the allocated budget.
We focused on negotiating with third parties to resolve the boundary issues, then submitted a non-material amendment application to update the approved plans. This ensured the boundary changes were formally recognised in the planning permission and aligned with the development requirements.
